ElementHealth – Terms of Service

Welcome to ElementHealth! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using ElementHealth, you agree to these Terms.

1. What ElementHealth Does

ElementHealth is a wellness app inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It allows you to track daily health metrics, learn about TCM concepts, earn Qi through healthy habits, and connect with friends.

We do not provide medical advice. Any tips or information in the app are for educational and informational purposes only and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare provider.

2. Who Can Use ElementHealth

• You must be at least 16 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s consent).

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Health Disclaimer

ElementHealth is not a medical device. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your health routine.

4. Your Content

When you upload or share content (e.g., posts, profile info, photos), you keep ownership but grant ElementHealth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it for the purpose of running the Service.

You are responsible for the content you share and agree not to post anything illegal, harmful, or infringing on others’ rights.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.

6. Ending Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update or change features at any time. We’ll try to give notice of major changes, but we can’t guarantee prior notice for all updates.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ElementHealth and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
